1/ Preparation of raw materials: Container or bottle. Control of the cleanliness of the tanks.

2/ Automatic dosing of raw materials.

3/ Weighing of aromas. Precision scales are used in the manufacturing process.

4/ Agitation.

5/ Conformity analysis. At the end of the manufacturing process, a sample is taken in order to analyse and validate the product. The nicotine level is analysed internally with our HPLC.

6/ Steeping (option). The steeping is the maturation time of the product.
